Abs/ASC+T Hydraulic Unit: Installation

To install, reverse removal procedures.
When attaching control module to hydraulic unit, use NEW micro-encapsulated screws. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
Check rubber mount (1) for correct seating. Replace damaged rubber mount. See Fig 1.
Ensure rubber grommet is correctly seated when installing brake lines. Tighten brake lines to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
When installing vacuum line and B+ line, ensure rubber grommets are correctly seated.
Using Diagnosis Information System (DIS) Tester, perform function test on ABS/ASC+T hydraulic unit. For procedure, refer to DIS instructions.
Bleed brakes. See BASIC BLEEDING PROCEDURES .
