61 31 196 Removing And Installing (Replacing) Rear Controller

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove wood trim on rear center armrest. Refer to 52 25 070 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING WOOD TRIM ON REAR CENTER ARMREST .

Release screws (1).

Remove rear controller (2) from wood trim on rear center armrest (3).

Replacement:

Carry out coding/programming.

Observe following IDC specifications:

Programming.
Coding.
Car & Key Memory.
CD "CIP".
