Display and operating concept

The engine oil level check with the oil level sensor is coupled with a change to the display and operating concept.
Qualitative measurement while driving
- Status display (oil level OK, oil level at or below minimum)
- Display available at all times
- Warning by means of Check Control message from oil level at minimum

| 3 | Engine oil level at maximum. Please top up with one liter of engine oil. |
| 4 | Engine oil level below minimum. Please top up immediately with one liter of engine oil. |
Quantitative measurement during vehicle standstill
- Driver must actively request measurement
- Measurement only possible under defined marginal conditions
- Time: approx. 1 minute
