32 10 005 Adjustment For Active Front Steering

Adjustment of the active front steering must be carried out:

After adjustment work on the front axle/steering
After all mechanical work on the steering system
After the battery has been disconnected or electrical plug connections on the steering column switch cluster have been disconnected
After the following components have been replaced/coded:
1. Steering column switch cluster.
2. DSC control unit.
3. AL control unit.
4. ARS control unit. See CONTROL UNITS .

Connect vehicle to BMW diagnosis system. Select and carry out adjustment for active front steering under SERVICE FUNCTIONS.
