65 77 565 Removing And Installing/Replacing Control Electronics For Rear Seat Occupancy Detector (Left Or Right)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove rear seat . See 52 24 005 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING REAR SEAT (NORMAL) or 25 REAR SEAT, NORMAL, ELECTRICAL .

Detach retainers (1) on rear seat (2).

Turn up seat cover (3) in direction of arrow slightly.

Raise seat upholstery section (1) slightly.

Disconnect plug connections (2).

Detach control electronics for rear seat occupancy detector (3) from felt (4) and remove.
