62 11 070 Replace encoding connector

Removing instrument cluster.

Break open retaining frame with screwdriver and remove encoding connector.

Insert encoding connector and clip in new retaining frame.

CAUTION: The new encoding connector must be checked against the instrument cluster, refer to 62 10 000 CHECK FUNCTION OF INSTRUMENT CLUSTER , Tests 15 and 09.
