Camber Adjustment: Rear

CAUTION:
If the hexagon collar nut is tightened down more than 10 times during adjustment, it must be replaced. The self-locking effect becomes too slight.
NOTE:
A change in camber also means a change in toe. This means that camber must be adjusted first.
- Before adjusting, replace disc collar nut (1) and ensure eccentric washer (2) is correctly positioned. See Fig 1. Tighten disc collar nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Loosen disc collar nut 1/2 to 1 complete turn.
- Using the eccentric screw, adjust camber precisely to specification. See WHEEL ALIGNMENT SPECIFICATIONS .
- Tighten down disc collar nut (1). See Fig 1. Ensure that eccentric washer (2) is correctly located. Tighten disc collar nut to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Adjust toe-in. See TOE-IN ADJUSTMENT .
