32 31 599 Replacing Control Unit For Electric Steering Column Adjustment

Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Disconnect battery negative cable.
- Remove trim panel for pedal mechanism.
- Remove footwell air duct.
Unlock connector (1) and remove.
Pull control unit (2) out of bracket on steering column.
