SITUATION

Distribution of the following tool through the Automatic Tool Shipment Program is complete. Additional tools may be purchased through your RDC.

The contact release kit has been updated and modified to fully meet the needs set forth by the vehicle connector manufacturers. Utilizing this kit ensures that the connectors will not be harmed during R & R. The handles have a protective bar which, when slid over the tip of the tool, prevents the tool from damage if the tool is dropped.

Previously distributed release set P/N 611 150 is superseded by this tool set, but can still be used for repairs.

A complete set of operating instructions comes with the kit.
