00 00... Check windscreen wash/wipe system

- If necessary, replace wiper blades. See REPLACING BOTH WINDSCREEN WIPER BLADES .
- The spray jet must emerge uniformly from the spray nozzle, replace NOZZLE if necessary and issue a separate invoice
