61 31 334 Removing and installing/replacing grip trim for gear selector switch

Special tools required:

64 1 030

Turn circlip (1) in direction of arrow and remove.

Installation:

Make sure circlip (1) is correctly seated.

Insert special tool 64 1 030 into trim (1) from below and carefully pull trim (1) away in the direction of the arrow.

Remove symbol plate (2).

Installation:

To facilitate fitting, secure pushbutton (3) with adhesive tape on trim (1).
