61 31 214 Removing and installing/replacing switch for Electronic Damper Control (Sport switch)

Necessary preliminary tasks:

Remove TRIM FOR GEAR SELECTOR SWITCH

Release screws (1).

Raise trim (2) slightly.

IMPORTANT: Plug connection (1) must not be disconnected.

Unlock switch for Electronic Damper Control (2) and remove downwards from trim.

Installation:

Make sure switch for Electronic Damper Control (2) engages correctly on trim.

Remove GEAR SELECTOR SWITCH CARRIER (3) .

Disconnect plug connection (1).

Feed wiring harness (2) in direction of arrow out of gear selector switch carrier (3) and remove switch for Electronic Damper Control.
