61 35 115 Removing and installing/replacing footwell module

Necessary preliminary tasks: 

• Disconnect BATTERY NEGATIVE LEAD 
• Remove FRONT LEFT DOOR SILL COVER STRIP

Unscrew nuts (1).

Tightening torque: 2.5 Nm

Pull footwell module (2) forwards a little.

Disconnect plug connections (1) and remove footwell module (2).

Replacement: 

Carry out VEHICLE PROGRAMMING/ENCODING .
