Panoramic Sunroof
The panoramic sunroof of the R56 is a sliding/tilting sunroof running inside with two glass covers and two roof panel headliners. A new feature is the lift function for the rear glass sunroof. The sliding/tilting sunroof control unit receives signals from other control units for the sliding/tilting sunroof functions.
It activates the sliding/tilting sunroof motor on request and monitors the motor rotation at the same time. The sliding/tilting sunroof control unit uses the K-CAN.
