12 14 650 Replacing suction pressure pipe sensor

Necessary Preliminary Tasks: 

• Read out fault memory of DME control unit.
• Check stored fault messages.
• Switch off ignition.
• Remove cover of injection pipe.
• Remove throttle. Refer to 13 54 030 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/SEALING THROTTLE ASSEMBLY .

Unlock vacuum line (1) on intake manifold and detach.

Unlock plug on suction pressure pipe sensor and detach.

Release screws (1) and remove suction pressure pipe sensor (2).

Replace sealing rings (3).

Tightening torque, refer to 13 62 3AZ in FUEL SUPPLY SYSTEM - TIGHTENING TORQUES .
