Removal And Installation

- Remove the LH rear quarter trim panel. For additional information, refer to INTERIOR TRIM AND ORNAMENTATION article.
- Disconnect the power liftgate motor electrical connectors.
- Remove the power liftgate motor retaining bolts and nut.
- To install, tighten to 11 N.m (97 lb-in).
- Remove the power liftgate motor.
- To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Initialize the power liftgate. For additional information, refer to Power Liftgate Initialization .
