Seat-Back, Front Bucket: Disassembly

  1. Remove the headrest.

  2. Unhook the armrest trim cover.

  3. Remove the armrest.
    1. Remove the E-clip.
    2. Remove the armrest.

  4. Unhook the seat back trim cover J-clip.

  5. NOTE: Seat back trim cover and cushion removed for clarity.
  6. Remove the headrest guide sleeves.
    1. Squeeze the tabs together.
    2. Remove the headrest guide sleeves.

  7. Remove the seat back trim cover and foam.

  8. NOTE: The lumbar support must be in the relaxed position before the handle is removed.
  9. Remove the lumbar support adjuster handle.
    1. Remove the screw.
    2. Remove the lumbar support adjuster handle.

  10. Remove the inboard seat cushion trim cover.
    1. Remove the screws.
    2. Remove the inboard trim cover.

  11. Disconnect the lumbar support adjuster.
    1. Remove the screws.
    2. Disconnect the lumbar support adjuster.

  12. Remove the cable ties.

  13. Remove the lumbar support.
    1. Release the four pin-type retainers.
    2. Remove the lumbar support.

  14. Remove the seat back frame.
    1. Remove the four bolts.
    2. Remove the seat back frame.
