Module - Smart Entry Control (SEC)/Timer: Removal

    CAUTION: Electronic modules are sensitive to electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damages may result.
  1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
  2. Position the transmission control module (TCM) bracket aside.
    1. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
    2. Remove the bolts.

  3. Remove the TCM bracket.
    • Release the wiring harness locators.

  4. Remove the SEC/timer module from the TCM bracket.
