Selector Lever Cable Adjustment: Adjustment

    NOTE: The selector lever has its own detent mechanism. There is no need to hold it after engaging a gear.

  1. Move the selector lever to position "D".
  2. Raise and support the vehicle.
  3. Adjust the selector cable.
      NOTE: The marks line up in position "D". It is not necessary to hold it after engaging a gear because it has its own detent mechanism.
    1. Move the selector lever to position "D".
    2. Lock the selector cable adjusting cap.

  4. Lower the vehicle.
