Preliminary Checks
- Verify battery condition.
- Inspect accessory drive belt and accessory drive belt tensioner.
- Inspect Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuse No. 2 (15-amp).
- Inspect Central Junction Box (CJB) fuse No. 30 (7.5-amp).
- Inspect 175-amp fusible link, located between starter motor and generator.
- Check all electrical connections for looseness or corrosion.
