Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS): Installation

  1. Install the driven gear.
    • Coat the driven gear bore with Motorcraft MERCON® Multi-purpose automatic transmission fluid or equivalent meeting MERCON® specification.

  2. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
