Key On Engine Off Self-Test

Ensure engine is at normal operating temperature. If engine does not start (or stalls after starting), continue KOEO SELF-TEST. Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Ensure test equipment is properly attached. Program scan tool using the following steps:

• Select vehicle and engine selection menu.
• Select year, engine, model and any additional information requested by scan tool.
• Select DIAGNOSTIC DATA LINK.
• Select DIAGNOSTIC TEST MODE.
• Select KOEO ON-DEMAND SELF-TEST.
• Follow operating instructions from scan tool menu.
