Test M: Auxiliary Controls Are Operational With Function Selector Off

Disconnect rear blower motor switch harness connector in front climate control panel. Turn ignition on. Operate rear control panel blower motor switch. If rear blower switch operates, repair short to voltage in Light Green/Black wire between rear control panel blower motor switch and terminal No. 8 of rear blower motor switch in front panel. If rear switch does not operate, replace rear blower switch. See CONTROL PANEL  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Retest system.
