Test E: Speed Control Does Not Disengage When Clutch Is Applied

Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect Clutch Pedal Position (CPP) switch connector C825. Measure resistance between terminals No. 1 and 3 (component side) at CPP switch. See Figure . Depress clutch pedal. Resistance should be greater than 10 k/ohms with clutch pedal depressed and less than 5 ohms with clutch pedal released. If resistance is as specified, replace speed control servo/actuator. If resistance is not as specified, replace CPP switch.
