Trouble Shooting

Verify customers concern by operating cruise control system. Inspect for loose or corroded connections, damaged wiring harness, switches, damaged or binding servo/actuator cable, and blown fuses. Inspect for incorrect servo/actuator cable adjustment. Verify brake lights and horn are functioning properly. Inspect actuator and throttle linkage for smooth operation. If problems are found, repair as necessary. If no problems are found, repair by symptom. See SYMPTOM INDEX  under SYSTEM TESTS.
