Remote Transmitter
NOTE:
Once programming mode has been entered and transmitter button is pressed for first time, all previously stored transmitter codes will be erased. All transmitters to be used with this system must be programmed at same time (maximum of 4 transmitters).
- To enter programming mode turn ignition switch from OFF to ON position 4 times within a 3 second period. Turn ignition switch to OFF position. The central security module will stay in learning mode for 20 seconds indicated by continually illuminated LED in instrument panel
- Press any button on keyless entry remote transmitter. When a signal is accepted by central security module from remote transmitter, LED will flash.
- To program additional transmitters, repeat step 2 with a 2 second delay after LED flashes.
- To exit learning mode, turn ignition switch to ON position. The system will exit learning mode after 20 seconds if central security module does not receive a transmitter signal.
- Test programmed transmitters, by performing all functions of each remote transmitter.
