- Activation
Alarm will be activated if vehicle is entered without using vehicle keys or remote transmitter. Horns will sound, lights will flash and starting system is disabled when system is armed and vehicle is breached. After about 2-3 minutes, horns and lights will shut off automatically. System resets to armed state and will activate again if another intrusion occurs. After activation, starting system will remain disabled until system is properly disarmed. - Arming System
Lock all doors using power door lock/unlock switch or remote transmitter. THEFT indicator will illuminate for about 30 seconds, indicating system is pre-armed. When all doors are closed, system is armed. THEFT indicator on dash will briefly flash (.2 seconds) every 2-3 seconds, indicating system is armed. - Disarming System
Using vehicle keys to unlock vehicle or depressing UNLOCK button of remote transmitter to disarm system. If vehicle is entered and alarm is activated, turn ignition switch to RUN position. THEFT indicator will remain off, until system is pre-armed or armed.
