Connect a second jumper wire from terminal No. 3 of actuator component to negative battery terminal. Speed control actuator should operate.
  2. With terminal No. 2 still connected to positive battery terminal, connect terminals No. 1, 3 and 4 to negative battery terminal. Speed control actuator should pull in. Leaving all other jumpers connected, remove jumper wire from terminal No. 3 of actuator connector. Speed control actuator should remain pulled in.
  3. Leaving all other jumpers connected, remove jumper wire from terminal No. 2 of actuator connector. Speed control actuator should release immediately. If speed control actuator operates as specified, if sent here from a system test, return to appropriate test and resume testing at last step completed.
