Check Hydraulic Pump Motor Relay
With ignition switch in OFF position, remove hydraulic pump motor relay (Black relay) located on hydraulic actuator. Apply 12 volts to terminal No. 85 of relay. See Fig 1 . Measure resistance between terminals No. 87 and 30 with terminal No. 86 open and grounded. Resistance should be more than 10,000 ohms open and less than 5 ohms grounded. If resistance values are correct, go to PINPOINT TEST C7 . If values are not correct, replace hydraulic pump motor relay.
