Check Wire Between ABS Control Module & Hydraulic Pump Motor

  1. With ignition switch in OFF position, connect breakout box with adapter to ABS control module connector. Leave ABS control module disconnected. Disconnect hydraulic actuator assembly connector.
  2. Measure resistance of Blue/Black wire between breakout box pin No. 24 and hydraulic actuator assembly connector. Measure resistance of Blue/Black wire between breakout box pin No. 24 and ground.
  3. If resistance is less than 5 ohms between breakout box pin and hydraulic actuator assembly connector, and greater than 10,000 ohms between breakout box pin and ground, go to PINPOINT TEST C8  . If measured values are not as specified, service Blue/Black wire.
