Check For Shorts Between ABS Control Module & Hydraulic Pump Motor Relay

  1. With ignition switch in OFF position, connect breakout box with adapter to ABS control module connector. Leave ABS control module disconnected. Disconnect hydraulic actuator assembly connector.
  2. Measure resistance of White/Green wire between breakout box pin No. 34 and ground. Measure resistance of Brown wire between breakout box pin No. 28 and ground.
  3. If resistances are greater than 10,000 ohms, replace ABS control module. If resistances are not greater than 10,000 ohms, service the wire(s) in question between ABS control module and hydraulic actuator control.
