Temperature Control Cable
- Remove trim panel under glove box. Move temperature control lever to COLD position. Insert Cable Locating Key (18C408) through temperature control cam key slot and heater case key boss opening to secure cam in proper position. See Fig 1
.
- Disconnect temperature control cable from retaining clip, located next to temperature control cam on left side of heater control unit. Ensure lever is fully in cool position. Secure cable in place using cable retaining clip. Remove locating key. Ensure lever operates through its full range of travel on control panel. Install trim panel.
