Pinpoint Test C8

Check Hydraulic Pump Motor -1) With ignition switch in OFF position, disconnect hydraulic actuator assembly connector. Apply 12 volts to pin No. 3 on hydraulic actuator assembly. If hydraulic pump motor operates, go to PINPOINT TEST C9  . If motor does not run, replace hydraulic actuator assembly.

2) Connect breakout box with adapter to control module connector. Leave control module disconnected. Measure resistance between breakout box pin No. 6 and ground. Resistance should be less than 5 ohms. Measure resistance between breakout box pins No. 6 and 51, No. 6 and 32, and No. 6 and 8. Resistance should be between 1 and 3 ohms. If any resistance is not as specified, replace hydraulic actuator assembly.
