Power Mirror Switch

  1. Turn the ignition key to the OFF position.
  2. Remove the power outside rear view mirror control switch. Leave the electrical connector connected.
  3. Turn the ignition key to the ON position.
  4. Check for voltage at the power outside rear view mirror control switch at the specified switch positions. See Fig 1 . When the power outside rear view mirror control switch is in the neutral (resting) position, 0 volts should be on all wires.
  5. If the voltages are not as specified, replace the power outside rear view mirror control switch. Otherwise, See PINPOINT TEST  .
