Cruise Control System
Speed (cruise) control system is designed to maintain constant speeds greater than 30 MPH. System will disengage when OFF button, clutch, or brake pedal is pressed.
Major components of speed control system are operator controls, throttle actuator, and electronic control unit. Operator controls are located in steering wheel. Speed control module (throttle actuator) is located in engine compartment.
Clutch and brake switches are mounted on their respective pedals. A brake pressure switch is connected to brakeline, in engine compartment. Electronic speed sensor is located at instrument cluster.
