A3: Check For Short To Ground

With the ignition key in the OFF position, disconnect the interior panel connector. Locate and disconnect left and right power window switch connectors, measure resistance between Black/Red wire at interior fuse panel connector and ground. Is the resistance greater than 10,000 ohms? If yes, reconnect the interior fuse connector and go to the next step. If no, service the Black/Red wire.
