Cleaning & Inspection

  1. Inspect all parts for excessive wear. Inspect valve seats for carbon deposits and damage. Hold nozzle body vertically and lift needle valve up about 1/3 of its entire length and release.
  2. The needle must slide to its seat by its own weight. Clean all parts in cleaning solution or sonic bath. Wash nozzle and needle valve in light oil.
