Removal & Installation: Injectors: Installation

  1. Clean outside of injectors. Position new sealing gaskets with Red painted surface facing up. Position new copper washers in injector bores. Tighten to 44-51 ft. lbs. (60-70 N.m).
  2. Continue installation in reverse of removal procedure. Run engine and check for fuel leaks.
