Idle Speed Control Solenoid
- Unplug ISC solenoid and measure resistance across terminals. It should be 7-13 ohms. If not, replace ISC solenoid.
- Turn ignition switch on and check voltage at Red wire in ISC solenoid connector. If voltage is less than 10.5 volts, find and repair open circuit in Red wire.
