Main Body

  1. Remove venturi valve diaphragm cover screws. Tap cover lightly and remove cover, spring guide and spring. Carefully loosen diaphragm and slide out of main body.
  2. Turn carburetor upside down, holding hand under carburetor to catch accelerator pump check ball and weight. Place carburetor on clean surface. Remove 5 throttle body retaining screws and throttle body.
  3. Using a 1 5/8" socket, remove feedback actuator motor, gasket, pintle valve and pintle spring.
