Float Level

  1. With upper body and gasket removed, turn upper body assembly upside down. See Fig 1.
  2. Construct a gauge (as shown in Fig 1.) to specified float level setting. Using gauge, measure distance from cast surface of upper body to bottom of float.

  3. To adjust, bend adjustment tab on float arm away from inlet needle to decrease setting and toward inlet needle to increase setting.
