It is very important to document the mentor process, and using a professional workbook to do so will help acheive consistency and quality as mentors interact with trainees. This workbook must contain approval sheets and/or a checklist for quality control and operational audit(s). When possible, place this workbook online to help keep it current. (See Figure & Figure
