Quality Control Of The Inspector
The service manager or other qualified inspector must spot check each quality inspector. Checks should happen a fixed number of times, but should be done randomly.
As an example, each inspector should be spot checked 10 times per quarter, but those 10 times should be performed at random, as opposed to the first 10 of every quarter. Randomness is the key to ensuring that actual performance is being observed.
