Remove/Install Alternator Belt Pulley - Ar15.40-D-5710TSV

	Remove/install
1	Remove the alternator		AR15.40-D-5032TSV
2	Remove cap (1).
3	Unscrew nut (2). Note on calculation of tightening torque when using insertion or socket tools with various effective lengths		AH00.00-P-0015-01CW
		For this purpose, counterhold alternator shaft (3). Commercially available devices/tools Torx® T50 socket wrench socket Open end wrench bit 24 mm Hexagon socket 24 mm Collar nut, connecting belt pulley to alternator	*BA15.40-N-1003-01TSV
4	Remove belt pulley (4).	If necessary, ↓ Remove off belt pulley (4). Puller, two-arm	Fig 1
	Check
5	Check belt pulley (4) for wear and damage.	Depending on the findings, ↓ Replace belt pulley (4).
6	Install in the reverse order.
