	Remove/install

3	Remove the fan cowl.		AR20.40-D-6800TSV
4	Drain off coolant.		AR20.00-D-1142TSR
5	Remove the charge air hose upstream of the charge air cooler (11).		AR09.41-D-8621TSR
6	Remove the charge air hose downstream of the charge air cooler (11).		AR09.41-D-8625TSR
7	Remove the hose (2) from the cooler (1).		AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
8	Remove the hose (3) from the cooler (1).	Hose clamp pliers	Fig 1
9	Remove the coolant expansion reservoir.		AR20.30-D-4949TS

11	Remove the air duct segment (10) of the charge air cooler (11).	The air duct segment (10) is attached to the charge air cooler (11) at several points.
12	Remove the oil cooler for the automatic transmission from the condenser (4).	Engine 642 in model 907 with transmission 722.9	AR27.55-D-1000TS

14	Remove the refrigerant lines (5) from the condenser (4).	Engine 642 in model 907 with code HH4 (THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control) Engine 642 in model 907 with code HH9 (Air conditioner, automatic heater control)
	Compressor oils (specification 362.1)	To do so, remove nuts (6). Seal the refrigerant lines (5) and condenser (4).	BB00.40-P-0362-01A
		: Replace sealing rings and moisten with compressor oil. Nut, refrigerant condenser to refrigerant line	*BA83.30-N-1007-01TS

15	Disconnect the electrical connection for the pressure sensor (7).	Engine 642 in model 907 with code HH4 (THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control) Engine 642 in model 907 with code HH9 (Air conditioner, automatic heater control)
16	Remove the cooler (1).	To do so, release the locks (9) and carefully push the cooler (1) toward the engine.
17	Remove the cooler (1) upward.	:  Make sure that the cooler (1) is positioned correctly in guides in longitudinal members.
18	Remove hose of coolant expansion reservoir from cooler (1).	If the cooler (1) is replaced. Hose clamp pliers	Fig 1

20	Remove the charge air cooler (9) from the cooler (1).	If the cooler (1) is replaced.	AR09.41-D-6817TS
21	Install in the reverse order.
	Check
	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
22	Check for leaktightness when engine is running.	Visual inspection only.
