| 1 | Remove trim of left cylinder head cover | AR01.20-D-5018TSV | |
| 2 | Remove bracket (1). | ||

| 4 | Remove high-pressure line (4) at fuel high-pressure pump and rail. | ||

| Note on calculation of tightening torque when using insertion or socket tools with various effective lengths | AH00.00-P-0015-01CW | ||
First slightly screw union nuts of high-pressure line (4) by hand onto fuel high-pressure pump and rail. Then tighten to torque and tightening angle. Tension can otherwise arise at high-pressure line (4). Collect escaping fuel. |

| If high-pressure fitting at fuel high-pressure pump was released ↓ Remove high-pressure fitting, replace sealing ring and screw in high-pressure fitting again. |
