	Remove
1	Remove automatic transmission.		AR27.10-D-0005TSR
2	Install retaining lock (2).	Retaining lock If necessary, ↓ Turn engine in direction of engine rotation.	Fig 1

3	Remove screw/bolts (3).
4	Remove retaining lock (2).	Retaining lock	Fig 1
5	Remove drive plate (1).
	Check
6	Check ring gear of drive plate (1) for damage.	Depending on the findings, ↓ Install new drive plate (1).
7	Check starter drive pinion for damage.	Depending on the findings, ↓ Replace starter. Remove/install starter	AR15.30-D-7100TSV
8	Check cap with radial shaft sealing ring in terms of leak tightness.	Depending on the findings, ↓ replace cap with radial shaft sealing ring. Remove/install cover with radial shaft sealing ring	AR01.40-D-8925TSV
	Install
9	Install drive plate (1).	Screw in screws (3) loosely by hand.
10	Install retaining lock (2).	Retaining lock	Fig 1
11	Tighten bolts (3).	Bolt, drive plate to crankshaft	*BA03.30-N-1002-07TSV
12	Remove retaining lock (2).	Retaining lock	Fig 1
13	Install automatic transmission.		AR27.10-D-0005TSR
