Remove/Install Rear-Panel Window - Ar67.20-D-2001TS

Model 907.1/2 

with code F35 (Cab rear wall with window)

CAUTION Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.
Deburr repair panels.

REMOVING Remove     
1 Remove the paneling from the top of the rear wall (3). Model 907.2
with code F35 (Cab rear wall with window)

2 Release the sealing lip (arrow A) of the seal (2) in the cab from the rear wall (3) all around. IMPORTANT The aid of a helper is required to hold the rear-wall window (1) from outside.
SPECIAL TOOL Long wedge

3 Push the sealing lip (arrow A) of the seal (2) over the fold (arrow B) of the rear wall (3). NOTES Carefully push the sealing lip (arrow A) over the fold (arrow B).
Otherwise the rear-wall window (1) could smash.
IMPORTANT Helper required.
 
4 Remove the rear-wall window (1) with seal (2) in the direction of the vehicle exterior. IMPORTANT Helper required.  
5 Remove the seal (2) from the rear-wall window (1).    
INSTALLING Install     
6 Attach the seal (2) to the rear-wall window (1). NOTES Ensure that the seal (2) is installed in the correct position and is seated correctly.
This prevents the seal (2) from being damaged when the rear-wall window (1) is installed.
 
7 Insert the pulling cord in the groove of the sea (2). IMPORTANTCommercially available devices/tools

8 Coat the seal (2) and fold (arrow B) of the rear wall (3) with lubricating paste. Antifriction paste, rubber parts 2.5 kg, DBL 6867.00 *BR00.45-Z-1002-06A 
9 Place the rear-wall window (1) with seal (2) on the rear wall cutout (3) from the outside and align. IMPORTANT Helper required.  
10 Using the pulling cord, pull the sealing lip (arrow A) of the seal (2) over the fold (arrow B) on the rear wall (3). NOTES Carefully pull the sealing lip (arrow A) over the fold (arrow B).
Otherwise the rear-wall window (1) could smash.
NOTES Carefully press on the rear-wall window (1).

IMPORTANT Gently press on the rear-wall window (1) here. Helper required.
IMPORTANTCommercially available devices/tools 
Cord inserter
 
11 From outside, press on the seal (2) on the rea wall (3) over the entire circumference of the rear-wall window (1). IMPORTANT Make sure that the seal (2) is seated orrectly.  
CLEAN Clean     
12 Clean the rear-wall window (1), rear wall (3) and seal (2).    
13 Install the paneling on the top of the rear wall (3). Model 907.2
with code F35 (Cab rear wall with window)
