ENGINE HOOD

- Release and disconnect electrical connector (2) from horn (3).
- Remove screw (10) and remove horn (3).
- Remove electrical wiring harness from the left cover (9).
- Unclip covers (9) with the
clip remover and remove.
- Remove screws/bolts (5)
.
- Unhook hood cable (6) from upper front crossmember with radiator unit (1) and position outside the working area.
- Release and disconnect electrical connector (8) from the coolant expansion reservoir (7).
- Engine 274 in model 907 with code HH4 (THERMOTRONIC automatic climate control) or code HH9 (semi-automatically regulated air conditioning, TEMPMATIC)
Release and disconnect electrical connector (15).
- Remove electrical wiring harness from front top crossmember with radiator unit (1) (arrows) and position wiring harness outside the working area.
- Remove screws (21, 22, 23)

- Remove upper front crossmember with radiator unit (1).
Helper required.
Ensure correct seating of the seal on the upper front crossmember with radiator unit (1).
- Install in the reverse order.
