| 3 | Turn clamping device for poly-V-belt (2) counterclockwise and lock with a suitable drift. | Do not use belt wax or similar products. This leads to slipping of poly-V-belt (2). |

| 4 | Remove poly-V-belt (2) from alternator (1). | ||
| 5 | Turn clamping device for poly-V-belt (2) counterclockwise, pull out drift and release clamping device for poly-V-belt (2). | ||
| 6 | Remove contact protection (5). | ||
| 7 | Detach electric line (4) from alternator. | *BA15.40-P-1003-01T | |
| 8 | Disconnect electrical connector (6) from alternator (1). | ||
| 9 | Remove screws (3). | *BA15.40-P-1001-01T | |
| 10 | Remove alternator (1) downward. | ||
| 11 | Install in the reverse order. |
